Project Overview
Royal Oasis Renovation BIM Work
For the Royal Oasis project, the client came to us with just a rough sketch for renovating an old building. It wasn’t very detailed, so the idea was to turn that concept into something clear that the team could actually work with.
Working on the Royal Oasis Model
We built the architectural model in Autodesk Revit. The focus was to keep the design elegant but also practical, so it’s not just good-looking but also usable during construction.
Drawings and Planning for Royal Oasis
Along with the model, we also prepared construction drawings, quantities, and basic cost estimates. This made it easier for the client to understand the scope and plan things properly.
Making the Royal Oasis Project Smoother
In the end, the rough idea turned into a clear and workable design. It helped reduce confusion and made the overall renovation process much smoother.

Project Challenges
Accurate Site Condition Assessment
Capturing real-world site conditions through physical surveys and images required careful validation to ensure the BIM model reflected actual dimensions, levels, and constraints.
Interpreting Client Blueprints
Translating 2D plans and schematics into an accurate 3D BIM model required detailed structural analysis to preserve design intent and avoid modeling inconsistencies.
Demolition and Reconstruction Planning
Evaluating existing structures and defining precise demolition scopes required careful coordination to prevent design conflicts and execution delays.
Residential Bungalow Detailing
Modeling interior and exterior elements, including expanded kitchens and visual components, demanded high detailing while maintaining model performance.
Software Alignment with Project Needs
Selecting and configuring the appropriate Revit tools for modeling, documentation, and visualization required disciplined workflows to maintain accuracy and speed.
Continuous Client Coordination
Frequent updates and feedback cycles required strict version control and structured communication to ensure alignment between on-site findings and off-site BIM development.
