Project Overview
Elite Suites Project Work
For the Elite Suites project, the client had CAD drawings but wanted to actually see how the building would come together. Looking at 2D plans wasn’t really enough, so they needed a proper 3D model.
Building the Elite Suites Model
We created the model in Autodesk Revit. It included architecture, structure, and MEPF all in one place. Nothing overcomplicated, just making sure everything lines up properly and is easy to understand.
Making Things Less Confusing
Once the model was ready, it became much easier to go through the design. Instead of checking multiple drawings, the team could just look at one model and get a clear idea.
Helping the Elite Suites Project Move Ahead
In the end, it just made things smoother. Less confusion, better coordination, and the team could move forward without too many issues.

Project Challenges
Complex Multi-Disciplinary Coordination
Integrating architectural, structural, and MEPF models at LOD 300 for a 16-story building required precise coordination to avoid clashes and maintain consistency across all disciplines.
Accuracy from 2D Inputs
Transforming client-provided CAD drawings into an accurate and information-rich BIM model demanded careful interpretation to prevent modeling errors or missing design intent.
High LOD 300 Detailing
Achieving LOD 300 accuracy required detailed element modeling, correct dimensions, and system layouts while ensuring the model remained efficient and manageable.
Large-Scale Building Complexity
Managing a high-rise commercial structure increased modeling complexity, requiring structured workflows to handle repetitive floors, services routing, and spatial coordination.
Collaborative Workflow Management
Coordinating multiple specialists simultaneously required strict version control and real-time collaboration to prevent data conflicts and rework.
Clash-Free Delivery Expectations
Ensuring a conflict-free BIM model before handover required extensive interdisciplinary checks and iterative coordination between architecture, structure, and MEPF teams.
