Project Overview
Saffron Haven Project
For the Saffron Haven project, the client was working on a residential building where some parts had to be demolished and rebuilt. They had some drawings and site info, but it wasn’t very clear how everything fits together.
Working on the Model
So we created a 3D model in Autodesk Revit to bring everything into one place. Nothing over the top, just making sure it matches the site and is easy for the team to use.
Drawings and Coordination
We also prepared the basic drawings and some visuals so the client could understand things better. It helped avoid confusion and made coordination a bit smoother between everyone involved.
Making Things Easier
In the end, the model just made the whole process simpler. The team had a clear idea of what’s happening, and the work moved ahead without too many issues.

Project Challenges
Site-Specific Design Customization
Analyzing site conditions and location constraints required detailed study to ensure the BIM model and documentation precisely reflected real-world conditions and client design intent.
Existing Structure Evaluation
Assessing existing buildings for demolition and reconstruction demanded accurate data capture and careful modeling to avoid execution risks and unforeseen site conflicts.
Parametric Family Development
Creating customized Revit families required balancing flexibility and accuracy while maintaining performance and consistency across the BIM environment.
Coordinating On-Site and Off-Site Data
Synchronizing site inspection findings with BIM development required structured workflows to prevent data gaps and ensure model reliability.
High-Quality Documentation Standards
Producing construction-ready drawings and CGI visuals required meticulous detailing, adherence to standards, and continuous quality checks.
Communication and Version Control
Frequent design updates and client feedback necessitated strict version management to maintain accuracy and prevent rework or misalignment.
