Serene Elegancy

Project Overview

Serene Elegancy Project BIM Work

For the Serene Elegancy project, the client already had drawings and some site details, but things weren’t really easy to follow in that format. So the idea was simple: bring everything into one proper BIM model so the team doesn’t have to keep jumping between files.

Working on the Serene Elegancy Model

We built the architectural model in Autodesk Revit. Since it’s a 13-floor building, there was quite a bit to handle, but we kept the model clean and practical so it’s actually usable, not just detailed for the sake of it.

Handling Drawings and Coordination

We also worked on construction drawings and some structural parts alongside the model. This made things clearer for the team and reduced the usual back-and-forth that happens when everything is in separate drawings.

Making the Serene Elegancy Project Easier to Manage

In the end, having everything in one model just made the whole process smoother. The team could understand the design better, coordination improved, and the project moved forward without too many issues.

Project Challenges

Site Condition Analysis Accuracy

Understanding site plans, location constraints, and existing conditions required detailed inspection to ensure the BIM model and drawings reflected real-world scenarios.

Existing Structure Evaluation

Assessing the current structure for demolition and reconstruction demanded precise modeling to avoid design conflicts and execution risks.

Parametric Family Development

Creating customized Revit families required balancing flexibility, accuracy, and performance across the BIM environment.

Structural and Architectural Alignment

Coordinating structural drawings with architectural BIM models required continuous validation to maintain design consistency.

Documentation Complexity

Producing construction-ready documents demanded strict adherence to standards, detailed annotations, and quality checks.

On-Site and Off-Site Integration

Synchronizing on-site findings with off-site BIM development required structured SOPs and frequent communication to prevent data gaps.
