Project Overview
BIM Work for PNTC Building
For the PNTC project, the client already had drawings and some site details, but everything felt a bit scattered. They needed a proper BIM model to bring it all together so the team could actually work with it more easily.
Building the PNTC Model
We worked on creating the architectural model in Autodesk Revit. Since it’s a 13-story building, there was a lot to manage, so the idea was to keep things clear and not overcomplicate the model.
Drawings and Coordination for PNTC
Along with the model, we also helped with construction drawings and some structural detailing. This made things a bit more straightforward for the team and reduced the usual confusion that comes with multiple drawings.
Keeping the PNTC Project Moving
In the end, having everything in one model just made life easier. The team could understand the design better, coordination improved, and the project moved ahead without too many delays.

Project Challenges
High-Rise Building Complexity
Modeling a 13-story commercial structure required careful vertical coordination to maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all floors.
Interpreting Client Drawings
Converting 2D drawings and blueprints into a precise 3D BIM model demanded thorough review to preserve design intent and avoid modeling discrepancies.
Structural Analysis Integration
Aligning architectural BIM with structural requirements required detailed assessment to ensure constructability and coordination.
On-Site Condition Validation
Validating site conditions through inspections was essential to ensure the BIM model accurately reflected real-world constraints.
Documentation Accuracy
Producing construction-ready drawings required strict adherence to standards and detailed quality checks to prevent site-level confusion.
Coordinated Workflow Management
Synchronizing on-site activities with off-site BIM development required structured SOPs and continuous communication to meet timelines.
