Project Overview

BIM Services for High-Rise Project in GIFT City

BimOffis is currently working on a large-scale mixed-use high-rise project in Siban GIFT City, Ahmedabad. The total built-up area is around 1.9 million sq. ft., with both commercial and residential towers, along with multiple basements and premium amenities. Given the scale of the project, coordination and detailed planning have been a big focus from the start.

An Integrated BIM Approach

For this project, we developed LOD 400 BIM models across architecture, structure, and MEP. Instead of handling each discipline separately, the idea was to build a well-coordinated model where everything fits together properly and makes sense for the teams involved.

Resolving Issues Before They Reach Site

In high-rise projects, a lot of issues usually show up during construction, which can slow things down. To avoid that, we used Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes early in the process. This helped reduce rework and made coordination much smoother.

Making Things Easier on Site

The focus wasn’t just on creating detailed models, but on making them practical for the site team. The BIM models helped improve communication, planning, and overall workflow during execution.

Keeping Long-Term Use in Mind

We also made sure the models remain useful even after construction is complete. By structuring the data properly and aligning with standards like ISO, the models can support facility management and future operations as well.
