CAD to BIM Services for MBP Park Project
For the MBP Park project in the UAE, the client needed help converting CAD drawings into something more useful for planning and execution. The project included two public parks with a total area of around 5,643 sq.m., so having a clear and coordinated model was important from the start.
MBP Park CAD Drawings Converted into BIM Models
We developed LOD 300 BIM models covering both architectural and structural elements using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. The scope included sports courts, swimming pools, landscaping areas, pathways, and a few support buildings. The focus was to keep everything accurate and easy to understand for the project team.
Better Planning and Coordination for MBP Park
Once the models were ready, they helped a lot with visualisation and coordination. The team could clearly see how everything fits together, which made it easier to plan and avoid confusion later. It also supported quantity takeoffs and made documentation more reliable for construction.

Project Challenges
Accurate Site Condition Analysis
We converted complex 2D CAD landscape drawings into structured 3D BIM models, resolving scale inconsistencies between Park 1 and Park 2 despite the absence of on-site survey data.

Our team modeled perimeter fencing, shaded pavilions, lighting poles, and support buildings to create clash-free and safety-compliant BIM models aligned with UAE public facility standards.
Parametric Family Development
Custom parametric Revit families were created for sport-specific elements such as basketball hoops, tennis nets, pool coping edges, and playground features at LOD 300 detail level.
Software Integration & Workflow Optimization
We seamlessly integrated AutoCAD landscape data into Revit workflows to manage the large site efficiently while maintaining model accuracy and data integrity.
On-Site BIM Coordination
We coordinated Park 1 (2,365 sq.m) and Park 2 (3,278 sq.m), detecting and resolving clashes between vegetation zones, parking layouts, pathways, and sports facilities.
Documentation Quality Control
Construction-ready drawings and BIM documentation were produced with precise dimensions, ensuring compliance with UAE standards and smooth stakeholder approvals.
