Infinity Stadium

Project Overview

BIM Modelling for Infinity Stadium Project

For the Infinity Stadium project, the client had shared drawings and some design data, but it wasn’t really enough for proper coordination. So the idea was to build a detailed BIM model that could actually help the team understand and manage the project better.

Turning Drawings into a Clear Model

We worked on creating the model in Autodesk Revit, keeping things simple and accurate. The focus was just to make sure the design is clearly represented and easy to work with, instead of making it unnecessarily complicated.

Visualising the Stadium Design

Along with modelling, we also created visualisations using Twinmotion. This helped the client get a much clearer idea of how the stadium would actually look, which made discussions and planning easier.

Making Coordination Smoother

In the end, the model made coordination easier and helped keep the project on track. It reduced confusion and made things more manageable for everyone involved.

Project Challenges

Complex Stadium Geometry

Football stadiums include complex architectural forms, seating layouts, and structural zones that required precise modeling.

High Accuracy Requirements

Large public infrastructure projects demand high modeling accuracy to avoid coordination and execution issues.

Multiple Architectural Elements

Integrating architectural systems such as casework, furniture, and building components into a single coordinated model was a key challenge.

Visualization and Documentation Needs

Generating realistic CGI visuals and detailed construction documentation required parallel workflows and quality control.

Tight Delivery Timeline

The project needed to be completed within a strict timeframe while maintaining BIM quality standards.

Large Project Scale

The stadium covered a massive area of 47,500 sq. m., requiring extensive modeling and data management.
